Ramnavmi is an old festival celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ram, Lord Ram is considered as 7th Avtar of Lord Vishnu, hence is this festival is considered very important by Vaisnava dharma. This festival is celebrated during Vasant Navratri and as per Hindi calendar, this day is celebrated on 9th day of Chaitra Shukla (March or April).
On this auspicious day, all the devotees of Lord Ram celebrate this occasion to get special mercy of lord.
