Durga Pujan (Navratri Pujan) is performed on the first day of Hindu month Ashwin. Starting from the first day of Navratri this Utsav goes on for nine days.
Families Clean their homes and make small decorations to welcome Goddess Durga, They offer gifts, Sweets and more to Goddess Durga to keep her pleasant and make sure she stays longer with them.
