About this puja
Bharni Shraddha - As per Hindu mythology after death, that soul and three generations are alive in Pitra-lok. Pirta-Lok is defined as an intermediate state between earth and paradise. This shraddha is medium by which one can add more bless to those souls so they can attend the paradise and stay there forever.
This Vidhi is performed to provide peace and liberate from the cycle of rebirth.
