About this puja
“Shashta Purti” means completion on 60 years, ”Shashtapurti” is Sanskrit word for same.
Completion of 60 years is considered to be a measurable milestone in once life, Saints & Rushi's has considered the importance of 60 years in a person’s life. Hence further it is considered to be the new life of that person and this special program is conducted in which his memories of 60 years are shared as well as all the rituals & Vidhis that are conducted during birth are revised again in extended form. So this program is important as per Vedic tradition.
As per Vedic tradition the video's are performed and later part is a birthday celebration. All the procedures that are performed for peace are known as “Ugrarath Shanti” This Shanti is very useful in physical and mental healing as well as it adds to the mental peace in life. Due to this Shanti, all the negative energy is removed from once life and increases Health, Wealth & Prosperity.
